Yes and the ground can be connected to the common ground for the sensor.

If you don't have mode switching you likely disabled something you shouldn't have.

Rev 1.1 is a Rev 1. Ground can be used as common ground, not to ground the sensor completely.

We don't directly support the CL9 and the TSX page is clear that we don't support automatic TSX with the Accord ECUs.

You should run the appropriate ECU for the setup, which you'll lose outputs and will need drive by wire to do so with that ECU.

Having the KTuner unit plugged in and operational can't affect the vehicle's operation. If you didn't see live data you may not have had it plugged in properly. Otherwise look for other issues.
