Let me just say Thank you for all the replies, this is why I went Ktuner instead of anyone else, customer support is on point.

It states:

"erase failed. Please restart The ECU and KTUNER Hardware to try again. 0"

No problem.

Code 0 generally means no response from the ECU. We can test the unit itself if you want to send just that in, but that needs to be arranged via email.

I did some more troubleshooting. I installed the software on my wife's laptop with is like 100 years newer than mine. Same problem, same error communicating. The bottom left conection box next to the "live" box stays at "Authenticating".

I guess something really, randomly happen to my ECU, FML.

Ill be emailing to see if this problem can be resolved as you suggested. Thank you again for all the help.

Thank you Very much for all the help, and email replies. This is the reason why stay with Ktuner, customer service and support is just the best.

The problem was resolved, I shipped my unit to them for troubleshooting and ECU as well. My CRX is back and operating normally.
