Tuning (fuel) by obd

Post by mdfk »

How to tune fuel tables for obr interface? There are AFM Flow and AFM Fuel ( in some maps/ecu). Anybody can say something about this?

If you're using a proper intake system that works with the factory MAF you won't need to touch either of those and you can command fuel by altering the WOT Enrichment tables.

The AFM vs flow map on the Mass Airflow tab.

I know where but how to do it correctly. Some procedures for AFM please.

For SD it's ~easy. AFR form log/graph and we know +/- fuel values.
But for AFM? Turn off CL and try fo set lambda=1 for every MAF voltage - correct?

The MAF curve is already established. You want to adjust the flow values to get back to correct a/f values while maintaining the curve. I'm sorry I can't help you further, but we don't teach tuning. There should be some good documentation online about mass airflow and tuning in general.
