Hello guys,
I am having an issue with Ktuner v2 voltage pin 12. Whenever I try to flash a tune, it says there is a low voltage pin 12. I realized that the cable broke, so I replaced it. After replacing the cable, the problem still remains.
Any suggestions or advices?

It's not getting connectivity on that pin or the ECU is denying the flash request. Feel free to reach out to support via email.
