Issue with installing KTuner

Hello,
I spent a way too long last night with the boys installing my race prl cobra cai. The installing process was smooth besides not knowing where shit went, I managed after 3 hours. Went to reflash my car with a new tune and it appears the ktuner software will not load on my computer anymore. it’s just a blank tab basically and it does take time to load it too.
Help! I’ve reinstalled this 5 times with no luck of the software opening. Id like for my car to run nicely with this intake
