Rev Limits vs Basic 2 Step

Under Main Parameters, there are Rev Limits ...and Basic 2 Step.
What's the difference between the 2?
Is the Rev Limits >> Low Limit just the rev limiter when in neutral?
What's the limit in Basic 2 Step do differently?

It's a launch limiter.

Is limit in Basic 2 Step the launch limiter?
What would Main Parameters >> Rev Limits >> Low limit do then?

A two step is a launch limiter. Linked directly to low limit. Enter a value and see for yourself.

So, it's the same ...correct?
[Basic 2 Step >> limit ] is the same as [ Main Parameters >> Rev Limits >> Low limit ]
If I change one seems to update the other.
