Versions of Windows, like XP, may need to have the drivers manually installed. You’ll find the drivers for Windows in Program Files/KTuner in a directory named "KTunerEndUser"
Drivers:
Plug your KTuner device into your computer’s USB port. Some installations of Windows will not require a driver, so if it says device installed successfully you do not need to do anything further in order to start using the software.
Mac OS X requires no drivers to be installed.
If Windows has already prompted you to select a driver skip to part 2.
Open Device Manager in the System Control Panel. Find WinUsb Device or KTuner in the Universal Serial Bus Devices section. Choose Update Driver Software either by right clicking or by going into the device properties.
When asked how you’d like to search for a driver choose browse my computer for driver software.
Click Browse to locate the drivers folder in Program Files/KTuner/KTunerEndUser and then hit Next. It should tell you the driver was successfully installed. If not, visit the support forum on our website for additional support.
Once installed the software should recognize and instantly connect to your hardware.
