Thanks. I ran that code to ground and looks like when I swapped the intake I tore one of the wires. Fixed and it runs great.

These are the codes as read on a launch code reader. The last one is after clearing the codes.

Update. I refreshed to factory. All the lights cleared I made it about 100 feet then the same thing happened. No error codes either time. Also the gear indicator shows all the gears at the same time.

So I flashed my 16 civic ext today using both software options in the program. Both times I tried stage 1. As soon as I started moving I got a transmission system problem and the car started to stutter and shake. It's a cvt and when I put it in any gear it slams in and shakes the whole car. Please h...
