I would be happy to experiment with it, the PRB extras look great but a non-functional coolant gauge is kind of a downer. lol

Maybe an older version? I have updated Ktuner a few times since creating that tune, and have no idea how it could have been anything other than the KTuner-PRB you told me to use. lol

Opening a new PRB tune does appear different, so looks like I will be trying again with a new PRB base file. lol

Where? All I see are the onboard datalogging options. (which my Rev0 board doesnt support, right?)

How do I activate real-time tuning? I cant find any options within the PRB tune to activate it.

I found no anomalies on the TPS voltage over the weekend, so perhaps the ECU is at fault? I will start looking for a replacement, and maybe a good time to upgrade my KTuner board too. I will look into that this weekend & try to confirm the voltage at the ECU harness (& check the ECU internals).

What you are telling me is there is no way KTuner could have modified the TPS value, so any change in TPS value HAS to be a mechanical issue, despite all coincidence of the issue occurring after a few reflashes and not impacting my other stock ECU. Is there any way to perform a data dump from the KTuner board? Something I could send to you to analyze for anomalies? Swapping ECUs resolves the problem immediately so I know there is nothing wrong mechanically, so the issue has to reside within the modified ECU.
