ECT Fuel cranking parameter

Using the PRB Base code with boost options I noticed that the ECT fuel cranking from 104F - 212F is about -80% fuel as a default setting.
Is this taking away -80% from the main fuel table??? How does the logic work on this particular parameter? -80% seems a bit high to me but if this is the factory default setting then I would like to know as well, thanks

Cool thanks man, I have never paid attention to this in Flash pro, usually K pro and s300 dont have this.
