Throttle TIP in

I understand the logic of throttle tip in, I want to know why and how can I fix the tip in scenario im having. On idle if I gently rev up the idle will dip down lower than the target idle of 900 at the point of almost stalling, Is there a way to make the recovery of the idle drop a lot smoother? Thanks

That's not tip-in.
If you're reaching fuel cut you can alter when fuel cut happens.
You can alter the idle ignition timing for your recovery.

ok thanks I messed with ignition on idle and it did make it smoother, also richen the AFR on some rpm points to help as well
