New Problem - ECU Locked

I returned the Accord ECU to factory, unlocked user board.

Installed user board in RSX ECU, clicked OK when it asked if I wanted to lock it to the ECU.

Uploaded my tune to the ECU.

Ran the engine, watched a little live mapping, then shut down to work on other things.

Restarted engine, connected to KTuner, now I just get a popup saying board is already locked to another ECU - WTF?????
