Can somebody teach me how can i get and save logs?I just purchased a etune service and they told me to send the mods and logs.

There's a record button on the toolbar of the software to start and stop recording. You can save with the save datalog option, also on the toolbar.

I tried it sir but after i press the record button to stop recording, the ktuner app will pause a little bit and you will see “Not responding” on the upper left corner and a few secs will come back.Is that okay??Should i need to stop the engine before i can press save datalog?

It was likely loading the datalog to the graphs. If you have the option to save the datalog then you have a datalog to save.

Im already on a stage 2 tune..My question is,what should i do if i will upload a new tune?

The process would be no different.

So i will just load the new tune and the stage 2 tune will be automatically uninstalled?

An ECU is erased and overwritten during the flash process.

I just want to ask if the upload arrow is always lit up whenever the ktuner is connected to the laptop?

for some reason the ktuner.exe file disappears after I close the application after using it. Is there something I need to do to prevent that or is the program something I can only use a set amount of times then it deletes itself?
