Hello Members!

I want to sync my immobolizer with my ECU at the Honda dealership. However, the documentation suggest that I unlock my ECU so that the VIN of my immobolizer gets synced to the ECU and later allows me to relock my ECU to KTuner with the new VIN that has been synced.

How do I unlock it?

Return to factory and unlock it. There's directions that state this in the online help for the unit.
