Just got ktuner installed today. Was wondering if there is a feature to make the mil flash on knock. And if so what the feature is called. I've looked and can't find anything

Welcome. That's standard with the 05-06 ECUs.

Knock limit, along with many other adjustments, will adjust the ignition values from the main ignition maps. With that in mind adjusting the knock limit to a higher value would add final timing, and so would adding to the main ignition maps.
Knock sensitivity is a threshold map for knock signal noise. The higher the value the higher the threshold and less sensitive it will be in that area.

What is the max value for knock sensitivity? ... 204?

Depends on the platform. Generally the highest value on the stock map, in the low load columns, is the highest that should be used.
