21psi end user map reflashed but only showing 14.9psi?? HELP

I reflashed with V1.2 and loaded the 21psi end user map but according to Tunerview I'm only reading 14.9psi at WOT. Am I not understanding something right here?
Please lmk if you have any info on this Thanks in advance!

Check Turbocharger Pressure (TurboC Pressure) instead of MAP.
