PC won't find device

Hello everyone,

PC will not find the ktuner when plugged in. light turns blue on ktuner. wont let me enter password or email or update/register. brand new ktuner. using Pharrelel as a windows app with Mac.

tried going into drivers and enter the ktuner enduserfiles, still nothing.

any ideas?

When you using Parallels, you have to select which OS you want to use when you plug in a device into USB. If you haven't seen the popup window, you can go to the upper Devices menu, USB & Bluetooth, and select the KTuner device.
