KTuner Won't Connect

I have updated my software to version 1.0.9.7. and now my KTuner V1.2 won't connect. I have been trying to connect it since last night, but no luck.
The light status is solid blue which indicates "recovery mode/ firmware update according to the help centre. I need help please.

If it's still in your KTuner Unit Info window and you've hit Update in the account window after updating, simply plug it in.
If not, contact support.

I did updated the hardware unplugged it from the OBD2 port and USB also, restarted the computer and that didn’t work.
I even uninstalled the software and re-installed it, restarted the computer, update the the Ktuner hardware again, de-powered and re-powered it. Still would not connect.
