Basically, my mom threw away my USB cable that connects from my laptop to the kTuner. I was wondering if I need to pay money for it or if you guys are able to send a replacement one.

Any local electronics store will have a USB cable for you. 6ft Mini-B for V2, 6 ft Micro for V1.2. Monoprice.com sells them online as well.
