I sold my Ktuner V2.1 but beforehand I made sure to flash the vehicle ECM back to factory mode and swear that I remember un-pairing the device from the vehicle. However the buyer is telling me he cannot use the device. Is there a way this can be fixed. Is this even the right forum to post this kind of question?

Email would be better to discuss in detail, but if the unit is locked it will show your vehicle information in his KTuner Unit Info.
