Unable to establish a connection with the ECU

My new Ktuner 1.2 was unable to establish a connection with the ECU of a 10th generation Honda Civic Si. The only instructions I could locate instructed me to switch the vehicle to accessory mode
geometry dash subzero, which is incorrect. The vehicle must be powered on with the engine off. If your vehicle has a clutch, you will need to press the start button twice without engaging the clutch. If you are operating an automatic, you will need to manage your emotions.

Have you updated your Ktuner software to the latest version?
