I sold my Ktuner V2.1

All,

I sold my Ktuner V2.1 but beforehand I made sure to flash the vehicle ECM back to factory mode and swear that I remember un-pairing the device from the vehicle. However the buyer is telling me he cannot use the device. Is there a way this can be fixed. Is this even the right forum to post this kind of question?

Even the products page directly mentions the need to unlock the unit to move it to a different vehicle. The locking/unlocking help section described how to properly unlock a unit and verify.
