i have the ktuner ecu plugged into my rsx and i have the ecu plugged into my computer and it wont "connect". it just keeps trying to authenticate?? so what do i do? do i need the update? because i cant seem to update to the new version either..thank you

Install the drivers and use the current version of the software. That's all you need to connect.
