EK K24A2 Swap

Hello I am new to KTuner, I am currently working on a 97' EK Coupe. A 04' K24A2, and a 5Speed Base RSX Transmission are going into it.
My biggest concern is the ECU I plan on using 37820-PND-A64, will this ECU work for my swap along with the newest KTuner Board?
I had read on another thread about a similar build but they were using a 05-06 Auto Harness, I have a 02-04 Manual Harness. Do I have to do any repining, change any sensors or any connectors?
If anyone could help me out it will be greatly appreciated and contributing to my build.
