Stage 2 Accord 1.5t- Oil Grade

The manufacturer recommended is 0W-20, would it be advisable to run a slightly thicker grade like 5W-30 in order to protect against additional friction and wear since the car is on Stage 2?

Oil grade is not something we can advise on and completely up to you.
