Ktuner don't work on my new laptop

Hi

i have install ktuner on my old laptop, everithing work fine, but two weeks later, old pc don't work.
I have buy a new laptop, install ktuner, but the communication failed when my pc is connected on my car.
I have flash to factory with tuner view app, but nothing change

If you get a connection failed window your language and region settings aren't unicode compatible.
