Hello, I have a 2016 Accord Sport 6MT with 125,000 miles. I am planning on upgrading some small things, but I really want to get rid of this rev hang and also push a bit more power out of the stock motor or be more aggressive. My question is does the V1.2 OBD2 offer base maps for my car? I dont want to use higher octane fuel, I want to stick with unleaded. Are there any basemap tunes I can use with unleaded fuel that will work out of the box? If so, then I will order one asap and immediately bring the OTC to 20% or maybe 0%. Basically, my question is what basemaps are offered and what specifically are they for? I want to later on maybe add a downpipe and intake and more, so I am open to changing basemaps. I don't want to change off unleaded gas though.
Also, if I do change the OTC can that change damage the engine or make it less reliable?

See the vehicle's application page. The recommended 91+, which is the only thing we'll ever recommend for tuning, is unleaded. If you want no power gains so you can continue to use 87 just start with the factory tune.
