Re: Tuner problem
I'm not aware of an error along those lines, so you'll have to be more specific.

Re: Tuner problem
I just bought a brand new ktuner, and when i put it in my obd 2 and commect it to my laptop it tells me the ktuner has not been locked to an ecu, Please connect to vehicle before connecting to the software, i have no clue what else to do
Re: Tuner problem
If you have a vehicle supported by that device you'd want to do exactly what it says in the message, with the key on of course.

I have an 09 civic si, i have tried but it wont pop up the message for me to lock it to my ecu, and its stressing me out big time
Re: Tuner problem
Ensure the device is plugged in properly to the OBD port, the key is on, and the unit LED is flashing to signify communication with the ECU.

Re: Tuner problem
Ensure the device is plugged in properly to the OBD port, the key is on, and the unit LED is flashing to signify communication with the ECU. That's before you plug it into the computer. You may want to watch the tutorial video in the online help, as this is all covered there.
Re: Tuner problem
