Tuning for lightweight flywheel

Is there a way to work around the misfire code caused by installing a lightweight flywheel? For some K series stuff Hondata has an option to be able to disable misfire detection to work around this. Just curious if adding feature to k tuner for the fit would be possible or if there's a different way to work around it and make everything happy.
