Ktuner voltage error pin 12

Hello,
I try and tune my 2009 Honda accord lxp and the ktuner screen shows “voltage error on pin 12. I replaced the cables to the tuner. I have no idea why it won’t work. It worked before as I have a tune on it now but now it does. Please help me.
