J37 throttle body & ktuner settings

Hello,
I recently installed the j37 TB on to the factory intake manifold and was wondering if the ktuner has any parameters that can be/should be fine tuned for the new TB? Other than the idle relearn etc.?

I also wanted to ask real quick what the difference was between the level 1 and 2 shifting? Thanks!
