Dual Runner/ IMRC Delete

Hey, I am 98% done on my k24a2 swap in my base RSX and am currently running all the coolant and vacuum lines. I have upgraded to the rbc manifold and now have nowhere to connect the IMRC lines. Can this be unchecked (or checked) somewhere in the Ktuner software so that my setup runs correctly?

Sensors/OBD2. The output can still be utilized for something else if you keep the same ECU.
