hondata 4 port boost controller

I've done quite a bit of research on where to wire in a mac valve/hondata boost controller. So far ive found all recommendations for pin b21 when using kpro - my question is do i still wire this to b21 for ktuner? TIA

In the software where you enable boost control it gives any relevant pins.
