wide band sensor help

so i got a aem 30-4110 wideband kit, and want to replace factory af sensor with the aem wideband, my question is do i remove the af pin and install aem wide band siginal in pin, or will i have use ptank or eld for input
also where do i calibrate my wide band? is the box next wideband selection, I confuse with "direct serial port" dont know which com is relates to wideband port
