Basemaps are just meant as a starting point. There's a good chance it will run the setup, but you should consult a tuner to verify or fine tune as necessary.

OK, if I have a 05-06 base auto RSX - should I stick only with PND Auto basemaps as a starting point and tune from there, or other basemaps (PND MT, PRB, etc..) can be used too?

thank you

If you have an AT and run a MT program your transmission will not function. Stick to the AT basemaps.

You can use the software to monitor how the vehicle is performing. If you're not sure what to look for I'd recommend consulting a tuner before hammering on it in any capacity.
