How do i custom tune my Ktuner to get more HP?

Hello,
I have Ktuner v1.1 on my Civic 2018 Hachback (CVT) and i installed the tune that came with the device itself - 21PSI boost map.
it is possible to get at least 40HP from changing parameters on the ktuner program? it feels that i can squeeze more power from the crank.

If you look at companies like TSP and Phearable, they have extracted more power with additional tuning.
