Hello, I bought a Ktuner V1, when plugging in my Civic Touring 1.5T CVT, it does not appear any tunes. I asked the seller if it works on my ECU and he confirmed it did. I would like to know how to proceed.

That ECU is not listed as supported on our website, which you could have checked beforehand. It will not work.

Brazil is handled by them. We do not list any Brazilian ECUs for use with our software.
