We are finishing up a project for a customer
2017 Civic SI 6MT
Built Block and head
Saenz Rods
JE Pistons
Brian crower springs and retainers
competition valve job
Clutch masters clutch and fly wheel
PRL Intercooler kit
Cat less down pipe

Car is on Sunoco 110
ECU CODE-- 37820-5AM-A03

While on dyno with stock tune the car does fine, did 4-5 pulls.. Flashed our map into it and first pull throws P0339...
We have replaced the sensor (both OEM Honda)-- went through and checked wiring, crank trigger wheel, scoped everything- did CKP relearn multiple times... not coming up with anything
It is just odd that as soon as we put a map in it that's not stock that the car throws this code and then goes into limp mode

Is there something in the parameters we could be missing?
Please any help would be appreciated, we are pretty stumped on this

As outlined on the phone, there's nothing in the parameters that can cause or affect this code.

UPDATE

flashed vehicle back to stock-- did 10+ pulls back to back on dyno.. no codes


flash ktuner map back in... few pulls later code pops up for p0339

Again, we change nothing related to crank or cam sensors, data, inputs, etc. If you're not getting the code at idle or standard power output you're going out of phase with MORE POWER under a tune than the factory tune presents. This has zero to do with our tuning software.

out of phase? like cam phasers??
this code has nothing to do with cam phasers... P0339. If it was a cam phaser issue it would say cam/crank correlation.. and there is a separate code for that and that is not what this code is defined as.

In the 2000+ cars in the last 20 years that we have tuned we have never seen a power increase cause this issue.. and we aren't talk huge power numbers, there is only 10+HP than stock at this point.
