Dear Ktuner

I mistakenly registered and locked unit to ecu while the car was on. To make matters worse, I tried to use the return to factory option to correct the issue. I now have all of my dash lights on and a unit that will not unlock from my ecu.

i need help restoring this.

It would make no difference if the vehicle was running while you locked to the ECU. Feel free to contact support via email from the registered address with some information about an actual issue you're having.
