just wanted to verified and got few questions, so got a automatic 02 crv that I'm installing jackson racing supercharger, but want to get the ecu figured out first, so I upgraded to haltech nexus s3 for my 05 turbo rsx type s, and want to install that ktuner off my rsx to my 02 auto crv which I'm installing Jackson's racing supercharger but need get my ecu figured out resolved first.
so i pick up a 05 automatic element ecu that is compatible with the k tuner, so from my understanding before installed the socket in the element ecu, the ktuner from rsx will work in correct, that element ecu correct and yes i will building a jumper harness to work for my 02 automatic crv, if the answer is yes, i don't see base map to run boost for automatic element or since i build my own base maps, would i be able take a normal element map and manually add boost columns
ecu info and boost maps
Re: ecu info and boost maps
panning through the software, i think should be ok to use the accord automatic boost map to build my own base map correct
Re: ecu info and boost maps
We don't list that CRV, especially in AT, anywhere on our supported applications page. You'd be on your own to try and get it functional.
Re: ecu info and boost maps
Ill give some insight on this crv, its an experimental car, car is being built as a lifted offroader she lifted already and on big tires and need more power to climb mountains with this supercharger , so I have this ktuner laying around in my tool box, and want to install this ktuner on my crv, could not find any info if prb chip is compatible with pzd automatic ecu, retro fitting this pzd-a81 ecu is issue with me, I'm a master honda tech for 20yrs and one of my specialty is honda electrical system, lol so simple question is will the prb ktuner chip work on pzd-a81, and how can I get a map that will allow me to calibrate my 3 bar map sensor and add boost table
Re: ecu info and boost maps
See the RSX/Swap page. You'll have to try the Base RSX AT codebase. Still no telling whether that transmission will be properly controlled with that ECU.
Re: ecu info and boost maps
Thank you, I'll keep posted if I get it working
