Pick a tune

I have a 2019 accord sport 6mt and have a quick question. The only thing i have on my car right now is an exhaust so can i pick stage 1 or stage 2 tunes without other mods like intake or downpipe etc.

The dyno sheets for the tunes were run on a factory vehicle. The tunes support up to full exhaust and intakes that don't throw off the MAF housing size.
