Car is going between 3500 and 4k rpms on start

I just finished tuning on the v2, with the stage 2 dual target 1 option. Upon start the car kicks to life and immediately start alternating between 3500 and 4k rpms. Has this happened to anybody before? If so, what is the solution to stop it?

This is not tune related and you likely have a mechanical issue that needs attention. Check for errors codes as well.
