Preloaded Tune Threw a TON of Codes

Hello. Base 1.5t LX model. Loaded stage 2, half the lights on the dash lit up. Flashed "back to factory", and my adaptive cruise, adaptive headlamps, collision mitigation and lane departure are ALL disabled. Any updated "factory" reflashes so I can get my car back again?

Go drive it for awhile, I bet problems go away. Happened to me also, 15 minutes of driving car was back to normal.
