Would the 91 octace tune cover ported intake/intake spacer?

The car currently has a better catted J-pipe, Magnaflow catback, Injen intake and of course the 91 octane tune. The 91 octane tune covers all of that nicely. If I were to add ported lower intakes and/or an intake spacer would the 91 octane tune still accommodate those upgrades or would I be getting into the custom tune territory?

The tune description when opening a new tune tells you what it supports up to. Anything beyond that should be considered for custom tuning.
