Sorry for not responding yet ! Ok so when I was leaving work Tuesday, I started my car and all the errors were gone! So it was true that the Honda Sensing stuff just needed time to re-initialize. Also, all those features are still working 
The car feels amazing (using stage2 tune), like it should have felt stock! I have the CVT and the difference is still night and day, thank you so much for answering my questions!
