Making it clear - Stock car with Stock tunes

I want to ask a question please about stock tunes that came with the unit
All the Stages (1 and 2) and End users maps (16.5-Dual21) are made for stock and above?
In other words do I need to upgrade some hardware to run safely for example 21PSI Dual map?

And another question of the same topic - do all quick adjustments are safe for stock car? Not talking about disabling things but things like Improved spool 1 and 2 (for example).

P.S. Of course the question talks about situation where I not changed nothing in the Boost/ignition maps - just the Map as it comes with quick adjustments.
