All Dash lights over 100mph post tune

Hi! Need help with my 2021 accord 2.0T!!
Every time the car breaks 100mph I get the Xmas tree effect on the dashboard and have to shut the car on/off like 8x to clear all the codes. I was told this would happen once or twice after my custom tune, but it’s been a recurring problem. Any suggestions to solve this problem? because I’d like to avoid pulling over on the highway to fix this after the car goes into “safe mode”

Current mods: (all PRL) flex fuel kit, intercooler, intake, down pipe, front pipe, ktuner V1.2 with custom tune

Check the error code for some clarification. That's what the check engine light indicates is present.

The codes that came up today (again after going past 100mph) were P003A: HO2S B1 S2 Heater Circuit Malfunction, turbocharger boost control “A” position exceeded learning limit.
P0128: Coolant thermostat (coolant temp below thermostat regulating temperature).
Any ideas on where to go from here?

Your description doesn't appear correct for the first one, which has nothing to do with the O2 heater circuit.
P003A Code: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control “A” Position Exceeded Learning Limit
The code descriptions tell you where to start looking. Consult a mechanic if you're unsure where to begin.
